This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the u20 platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the u20 platform (including website and mobile apps), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the u20 platform.
Continued use of the u20 platform after any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to check this page regularly to stay informed about any updates.
The u20 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 or above who are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling under the laws of their place of residence.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the u20 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without refund of remaining balances.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login information confidential, including username and password. u20 will never ask for your password via email or other unsecured methods. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. u20 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account information accuracy and meet compliance requirements.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the u20 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u20 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or compromise the security of the u20 system
- Abusing bonus or promotional systems through dishonest methods
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access your account
- Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering
- Cheating, deceiving, or exploiting other users or the platform
U20 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate measures, including suspending or closing accounts.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the u20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM50 and all deposits must be credited to the account before being used for betting or gaming. u20 supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank Transfer, DuitNow QR, and other local bank transfers.
Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to current u20 policies which may change from time to time.
U20 is not responsible for any payment processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Any failed or rejected transactions will be refunded to the original account within the time frame set by the payment provider.
Bonuses and promotions offered by u20 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated with each offer. Users are required to understand the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
U20 Liability Limits
U20 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. u20’s total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within thirty days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension & Closure
U20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In cases of account closure for valid reasons, the remaining account balance (after deducting any unfulfilled bonuses) will be returned to the user.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, and materials on the u20 platform are the exclusive property of u20 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from u20.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
U20 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website. Users continuing to use the platform after such changes are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
